Shipping policy

Thorpedo Spearguns ships to Italy, does not ship to PO boxes (CP / P.O.Box) as our sending solutions provide that the proof of delivery must be countersigned by the recipient at the time of delivery.

All Thorpedo Spearguns' goods, with the exception of clothing, are shipped from Calcinaia - Pisa (Italy) with an official invoice stating the exact amount contained in the package in Euros. The goods may be subject to the payment of import taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the end customer.

Delivery in Italy

Thorpedo Spearguns makes home deliveries by express courier. Shipping costs are never included in the product price, but calculated when entering the shipping address, but always and in any case before the final checkout.

The cost of shipping costs varies from the type of product purchased.

Transport costs in Italy (valid only for private customers):

• € 8.00 throughout Italy for all products except Arbalete of all types.
• Free shipping for all Arbalete of all types.
• Free shipping for orders over 250 Euros.

Delivery time

Generally all products except the spearguns are processed and shipped within the day following the order, the delivery time can vary from 2 to 3 days.

Since the spearguns are handmade and not mass-produced, the production, preparation and shipping time can vary from 10 to 20 days.

Delivery abroad

Currently our ecommerce does not provide for shipping outside Italy, but if you want to buy our products please write to info@thorpedospearguns.com and we will find an ad hoc solution.
